Our values

Solidarity, respect, honesty and transparency are at the top of our entrepreneurial values

1. Solidarity :

Njambo wants to be a reflection of the solidarity that characterizes African culture: all together to build a common future. By providing support, everyone becomes an actor in the success of their neighbour.

2. Respect for :

Each project promotion is done with respect: respect for the will of the project holder, compliance with the rules of operation of the Njambo teams.

3. Honesty and transparency :

It is impossible to promote success and encourage anonymous people to invest in other anonymous projects without a modicum of honesty and transparency. That is why the evolution of each campaign will be visible to everyone. Once the funds have been obtained, the assurance that the project will actually be realized is at the heart of our concerns.

These values also appear in our Partnership choices:

We deal with people who are concerned about human values

We do business with professionals

We are for transparency and honesty we are against any form of discrimination and favouritism

Our policy

1. Socio-finance (participatory capital financing):

When funding projects, we collect fees only when the campaign objective is reached.

For any socio-financing campaign, we collect 5% of the financing amount as administrative costs.

It is therefore advisable, when applying for project financing, to include these costs in the action/business plan that will be submitted to the donors or shareholders.

Deadlines for fundraising are 1 to 3 months. It all depends on the magnitude of the project submitted.

When the target is not reached within the expected time frame, or if any event prevents the continuation of the campaign or the realization of the project,

  • in Quebec, the funds are handed over to the beneficiaries within five working days. We do not receive any administration fees.
  • Elsewhere than in Quebec, according to the policies of territorial governance, we can with the consent of the donors, reserve their funds in respective accounts awaiting a new project to be financed. We do not receive any administration fees.

2. Fundraising (Donation without promise of a capital counterparty):

When financing projects by fundraising, we collect costs, whether or not the objective of the campaign is reached.

For any fundraising campaign, we levy, as an administration fee, 5% on the amount related to the financing.

It is therefore advisable, when you apply for a fundraising, to include these costs in the action/business plan that will be submitted to donors.

Deadlines for fundraising are 1 to 3 months. It all depends on the magnitude of the project submitted.

When the target is not reached within the time frame, or if any event prevents the continuation of the campaign or the completion of the project, the funds already collected are forwarded to the project holder, who will organise to provide a detailed assessment of the expenses incurred with the amount received through the unfinished fundraising. We still see a fee on the amount collected.

We are well surrounded, well informed we are frank and credible

We have unsuspected and accessible resources.
